CNC Milling/CNC Machining



PMD’s CNC machining capabilities enable to produce the finest, highly accurate visual design models, full-functional engineering prototypes or master patterns. According to 3D CAD drawings provided by customers into CAM system to generate precise CNC programs, then transfer to a very high-speed CNC machine center to machining, otherwise, is capable to design various fixture for mass production line or measurement equipment.

Vacuum Casting Molding



Using prototype components on silica gel to forms a precise silicone mold, then through vacuum casting equipment, PU plastic raw material filling, derived from the temperature controlled to achieve the purpose of the replicate samples, due to short production runs, so it can be reduced the cost and shorten the production time.

- Each production quantity is about 20 pcs per mold.

- Available material includes PU, PP, ABS, Acrylic, Rubber, and heat resistance or flame resistance …

- Imitated injection such as dual color injection, and metal insert.

*After finished the SLA and CNC prototype, it can be duplicated by vacuum casting equipment for various PU or rubber materials.

Rapid Prototype



Rapid model is an integrated laser scanning system for prototype with high accuracy, complex geometry, which is constructed in layer by UV laser.

SLA laser rapid prototyping system, can quickly scan a sample model in a short time. It generated model easily added up by further finish to produce a smooth surface. The structure is used in many applications, such as concept models and master models.

Finishing / Surface Treatment



Texture Treatment : To make texture products excellent performance and durability, product's surface through chemical or mechanical processing such as anodizing, hair-line texture, spin surface treatment, electroplating, vacuum plating, chrome plating, etching, laser engraving, diamond cutting, metal polishing, mirror process, acrylic dyeing, using the surface treatment even more refined.

Spray printing : Film Pasting, Water transfer printing, also can be painted for flat, glossy, texture, matte leather treatment.

Screen printing : Pad printing and heat transfer printing
